COLOR & BOOKING POLICIES

Our Hair Color Policy


      All of our stylists are highly trained and strive to provide the highest quality of service possible. While we adhere to strict guidelines with regard to color, lighteners, and chemicals, we cannot foresee every possible outcome. If there are any issues or concerns after a color service is done, PLEASE inform us immediately. We will assess your color service to determine if any adjustments need to be made. If our stylists determine adjustments need to be made it will be at no extra cost. Any additional services added to a color adjustment will be at regular cost. All hair color services are non-refundable. We will do our best to ensure you leave our salon 100% satisfied with your hair color.

Our Booking & Cancellation Policy


     New guests are required to place a valid debit or credit card on file upon booking their initial hair color/treatment appointment. If a Guest No Shows, Cancels, or Reschedules within 24 hours of their appointment, we will charge the card on file for half of the services that were booked. If a guests is under 18 we will need parental consent to place a debit or credit card on file to reserve the appointment.

 Our scheduling is dedicated to our guests and their needs. We understand emergencies happen but we do ask to please contact us at your earliest convenience if you are running late or need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. If a guest is over 15 minutes late, their appointment may have to be rescheduled, (this will depend on stylist availability) . Tardiness, no-shows and last minute cancellations create a disturbance in the stylists' schedule and prevent opportunities to accommodate other guests. We will try our best to work with you, but guests that frequently cancel, no-show, or reschedule within 24 hours will be charged for half of the services that were booked for that day.

Children Policy

Our salon has a children policy in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our clients. We welcome children of all ages for hair services, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. This is to ensure their safety and to minimize any disruptions to other clients' experiences. 

We understand that bringing children to the salon can be challenging, so we kindly ask parents to come prepared with activities or entertainment for their children to help keep them occupied during their appointment.  This helps create a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
